Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
In the rare case that you receive a defective item, or the wrong item, you can receive either a refund or a replacement item (free of charge). You can not receive a refund/replacement for an item if you do not like the scent/ taste of it. A picture of the defective item, or wrong item will be needed to process the refund/ replacement. Refunds/ replacements can only be processed 14 days after the day the item was delivered. Please contact us through the "Contact" page (include your order number) to begin the refund/replacement process.
